Hi, I’m Anish Mohanty.
I’m an organizer using digital tools from videos to social media to data analytics to support progressive campaigns and social justice causes! I’m also a HUGE swiftie.
When I was 16, I made a film telling the stories of fostered children at Adruta Children’s Home in Odisha, India and fundraised for their new facilities, which led me to realize I could use my passion for storytelling for social justice.
Ever since, I’ve produced digital content for U.S. Senator Ed Markey, California Treasurer Fiona Ma, CA Senator Aisha Wahab, Asm. Liz Ortega, LA Mayor Karen Bass, Rep. Barbara Lee, the Working Families Party, and others. I served as Communications Director for Gen-Z for Change and Asm. Liz Ortega.
